Job Overview:

- We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in Central Delhi.

- In this exciting role, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and generating significant revenue growth within the insurance sector.

- You will identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers at corporations and institutions, providing expert advice and crafting tailored insurance solutions to meet their specific needs.

Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential corporate and institutional clients within your designated territory.

- Utilize various strategies such as cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and industry research to generate a robust sales pipeline.

- Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and becoming a trusted advisor on their insurance needs.

- Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the unique risk profile and insurance requirements of each client.

- Solution Development: Develop comprehensive and competitive insurance proposals, presenting a clear value proposition and demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific risks.

- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals.

- Account Management: Maintain and expand existing client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring complete satisfaction with insurance solutions.

- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams including underwriters, risk management specialists, and customer service representatives to ensure seamless client experience.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.

- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed established sales targets through consistent prospecting, effective sales strategies, and strong closing skills.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

- Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the Indian insurance market, including different types of insurance products and risk management strategies.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences.

- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with key decision-makers.

- Proven negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure profitable deals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop effective solutions.

- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.

- IRDA Certification is mandatory.

- Experience in specific insurance lines relevant to our target market (e. , property & casualty, cyber, health)

- Strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
