Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Finance/Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales management within the finance industry (e. , lending, insurance, investment banking).
