RR Finance - Fixed Income/Bond Dealer

Job description:

- RRFCL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fixed Income/Bond Dealer to join our team in Central Delhi.

- In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and selling fixed income securities, such as bonds and NCDs, through B2B and B2C channels.

- You will also be responsible for interacting with market participants to get the best quotes for debt instruments, executing trades on NSE/BSE/ICCL/NSCCL, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and settlement of trades.

Responsibilities:

- Market and sell fixed income securities (bonds/NCDs etc. ) via B2B and B2C channels

- Continuously interact with market participants (counterparties/brokers) to get the best quotes for debt instruments

- Have hands-on experience of deal execution on NSE/BSE/ICCL/NSCCL

- Execute trades and coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations) to ensure smooth execution and settlement of trades

- Achieve assigned sales targets

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial markets

- Strong understanding of fixed income products, including bonds, NCDs, and other debt instruments

- Clear understanding of clean and dirty price, accrued interest treatment, YTM, and YTC

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Target-oriented and results-driven
