Job Description :

- Minimum 12 years- experience in Human Resources domain of which 8 years should be in leading recruitment projects.

- Experience in Service Delivery in the Aerospace domain is a must with ability and experience of handling million dollar revenue projects a year.

- Prior Experience of hiring for Aerospace Solutions domain

- Have handled minimum 1500 lateral hires in a year

- Have managed large team (including managers)

- Prior experience of managing senior level stakeholders (Business Vertical/ Unit leaders or CXOs)

- Should understand revenue/productivity numbers

- Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.

- Strong marketing and business acumen and good project management skills to grow recruitment business for various industries.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.

- Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and Team Management skills

- Strong Operations and Project Management Skills.
