This was possible by bold investments in product design and go to market. The division also has forayed into traditional snacks and Ayurveda (Dr Vaidya's). The group is now in earnest to build the FMCG business in India through bold organic growth and acquisitions.

Dr Vaidya's is a new age Ayurvedic company that strives to bring the traditional, time-tested goodness of Ayurveda to 21st-century customers. Founded by the Vaidya family, whose expertise spans 150 years of Ayurvedic heritage, their formulations and knowledge for Ayurvedic Products have been passed down from generation to generation through dedicated practice. Today, the company owns 100+ FDA approved, proprietary formulations for Ayurvedic medicine. Products sold online (owned channel i.e. drvaidyas.com and third party channels i.e. Amazon, Nykaa, Netmeds, Medlife, Pharmeasy etc.) as well as >500 offline stores (including Noble Plus, Twenty-Four Seven etc.).

Educational Qualification:

- Master's Degree: In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Dairy Chemistry, Food Technology, Food

- Science & Technology, Food & Nutrition, Edible Oil Technology, Microbiology, or any other relevant field.

- PG Diploma: In Food Safety, Food Science, Food Processing, Quality Assurance in the Food sector, Dietetic and Public Health, or Post Harvest Technology from a recognized university or institution.

- Bachelor's Degree: In Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, or any other relevant field.

Qualification & Experience: Candidates must have at least 6-10 years of experience in the developing FSSAI products like nutraceutical supplements

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Training in FSSAI regulations.

- Implementing new formulation development processes and validation protocols for Herbal, Ayurvedic, Nutraceutical, Wellness, FSDU, and Health Supplement Products.

- Managing R&D lab, sensory evaluation protocols, stability studies, and SOPs. Preparing specifications, approved vendors, and ensured quality compliance at third-party facilities.

- Collaborating on artwork development, label reviews, and conducting market studies for new product opportunities.

- Technology transfers, providing technical support, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Upgraded and ensured FSSAI guideline compliance for existing and new products.
