RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group - Manager - Quality - Personal Care Segment

- Must have worked in Personal care(Skin/Hair/Cosmetics) Company . Must have sound knowledge of Quality aspects of various personal care categories such as Shampoos, Conditioners, Body lotions etc-

- Must have atleast experience of 7 year

- Must be Subject Matter expert- Knowledge of Key Ingredient used in Personal Care

- Must have some exposure to projects (Not must )

- Must have experience of handling Process on Personal care product- RM/PM, Mfg, Application, Vendor audits, Trouble shooting & Regulation

- Must have Knowledge of complete Mfg process

- Must have worked in established set up of large FMCG companies.

- Must have handled various quality certifications

- Handled exports certification not must

- Must be conversant with Drug & Cosmetic act regulations and dealt with Regulatory body

- Must have handled SAP QM & PM module

- Must be conversant with quality control operations.

- Must have good experience of Blending & Compounding
