About Dr. Vaidya's :
We are a leading Ayurveda manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality herbal products that promote health and well-being. We are looking out for a GTM Lead to play crucial role in shaping & executing our Go-to-Market strategy. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales & customer support that our products are launched successfully & achieve market penetration & revenue goals.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop Go-To-Market Strategy:
- Collaborate with product teams to understand product features, benefits, and target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Define and refine the GTM strategy based on the gathered insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, sales teams, marketing teams, and customer support to align goals and messaging.
- Facilitate communication and ensure all teams are on the same page regarding product launches and campaigns.
Product Launch Management:
- Lead and project manage product launches, ensuring all necessary resources and assets are available.
- Develop and execute launch plans, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and distribution channels.
Market Messaging and Positioning:
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning statements that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing collateral, sales materials, and communication channels.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of GTM strategies
- Identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations to enhance GTM efforts.
Education & Relevant Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy or related roles.
- MBA from Tier 1/2 Institutes
- Should have experience in D2C / Ecom brands
- Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret market data & trends.
