We are a startup within the RPSG ecosystem aiming to become a global player in the modern Ayurvedic wellness space. We have already gained significant experience in this domain with our Ayurveda brand called Dr Vaidya's. Our immediate objective for is to launch multiple wellness products across India, US, and Europe. After that, we plan to blitzscale and become aggressive in our growth journey, aiming for a revenue of 1000+ Cr ARR within 3-4 years of launch.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a self-starter and hustler who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and get into execution. We need someone who can take ownership of this function from day one and become one of the leaders of our growth journey. The ideal candidate should also be able to build and lead large yet agile teams on this mission.

Our objectives are to build the largest global D2C brand out of India, positively impact the lives of people dealing with chronic conditions or on a wellness journey and do so with holistic natural solutions using clinically proven ingredients from Ayurveda, as well as Chinese and herbal sources. We have stable funding backed by one of India's largest business houses with a $7Bn asset base and an unrivaled track record of profitable growth.

About the role :

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive HR strategy, implement HR programs, and provide strategic guidance. You will be a trusted advisor on all human resources matters, helping to shape our culture and foster a positive employee experience.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

2. Provide expert HR guidance on organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and retention strategies.

3. Support leadership in driving organizational change initiatives and enhancing employee engagement.

4. Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and implement effective talent development plans.

5. Lead the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

6. Facilitate career development discussions and succession planning to ensure a pipeline of high performing talent.

7. Act as a point of contact for employees and managers to address HR-related queries and concerns.

8. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

9. Assist in workforce planning and forecasting to ensure the organization is equipped with the necessary talent to achieve business objectives.

10. Provide guidance on compensation strategies and assist in the development of competitive salary structures and benefits programs.

11. Support the annual compensation review process, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks and internal equity.

12. Educate and train managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and legislative change

13. Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.

14. Monitor HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance HR strategies and business outcomes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role, with a strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

- Proven experience in partnering with senior leaders and driving HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex situations effectively.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
