Number of Years of Exp:- 5-10 Years

- Good in Warehousing and warehousing practices

- Experience on any WMS is added

Warehousing:-

- Standard warehousing practices

- Finalizing new warehouse location

- Identifying opportunity to open CFA and Cost/benefit analysis

- Selection of new CFA

- Responsible for all CFA agreements

- Bar code enabled tracking or understanding of any WMS

- Secondary freight optimization

- Route planning and PDP implementation for all warehouses

- Responsible for Wh IRA >99.5%

Transportation:-

- Driving Reverse Auction

- Identifying new transporters

- Transportation compliance

- Primary freight optimization

- Loading compliance of primary shipments

- Secondary agreements and identifying opportunity to minimize spends

Plant Logistics:

- Responsible for all RM/PM storage @ plants

- IRA of plants

- System/Physical mismathes

- GRN @ Plants

- Issuing goods to production

- SLOB Management @ plants

Key KRAs:-

- IRA

- Logistics cost

- ON time billing of all CFAs/Transporters

- Quarterly NDCs

- CFA Scorecard

- Transportation scorecard

- All Legal compliance at Warehouses
