Role and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Conduct job analyses and create detailed job descriptions to ensure a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.

Talent Management and Development:

- Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and growth.

- Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs.

- Facilitate career development discussions and succession planning.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Foster a positive work environment and ensure high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.

- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

- Organize team-building activities and events to promote camaraderie and teamwork.

Compliance and Legal:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.

- Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.

HR Policy Development:

- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and align with organizational goals.

- Communicate and educate employees on HR policies and procedures.

Benefits Administration:

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.

- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

- Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related matters.

Education & Relevant Experience:

- 6-12 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resource

- Master degree or equivalent in HR , Personnel Management or Organization Development

- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven experience in Talent Management & Development
