Background - FMCG Business
RPSG FMCG Business has made strong initial inroads by creating a new segment of snacks in the Indian market, with its brand "Too Yumm" In a short period the brand has established itself across India as a strong choice vis a vis of traditional fried. This was possible by bold investments in product design and go to market. The division also has forayed into traditional snacks and Ayurveda ( Dr Vaidya's). The group is now in earnest to build the FMCG business in India through bold organic growth and acquisitions.
Scale exponentially the E commerce business for Too Yumm! through sound strategy, building strong relationships with platform, stabilizing operations, building efficiencies and guiding and mentoring the team.
Responsibilities :
- Strategy - Define the strategic direction for horizontals and vertical marketplaces, along with the customer metrics, detailed action plan and performance metrics.
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings,
- Promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance with key accounts
- Overseeing the generation of promotional materials and campaigns, lead the ads strategy
- Ensure strong relationships across marketplaces to drive event participation, organic business growth,
- Customer promotions and analytics
- Expansion into new marketplaces & new geographies
- Responsible for bottom-line & ROAS delivery for marketplace business
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and external third parties in the marketplace world
- Manage all the ops, inventory and fill rate metrics for all marketplaces
- Overseeing the development of customer relationships through marketplace
- Build a strong team that fast tracks growth on marketplace
Work Experience & Key Competencies /attributes :
- 7+ years of E-commerce experience
- Experience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions
- Ability to build business ground up make smart data driven decisions
