Background - FMCG Business:

RPSG FMCG Business has made strong initial inroads by creating a new segment of snacks in the Indian market, with its brand "Too Yumm" In a short period the brand has established itself across India as a strong choice vis a vis of traditional fried. This was possible by bold investments in product design and go to market.

The division also has forayed into traditional snacks and Ayurveda (Dr Vaidya's). The group is now in earnest to build the FMCG business in India through bold organic growth and acquisitions.

Position Summary

As Chief of Staff - CEO's Office, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving business priorities, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution. You will play a crucial role in decision support, business planning, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment across all functions while enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Assist the CEO in developing, implementing, and tracking business strategies.

- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support decision-making.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for the CEO and leadership team.

Business Operations & Performance Management

- Monitor key business metrics, KPIs, and financial performance.

- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Work with finance, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure goal alignment and execution.

- Support the CEO in budget planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the bridge between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication and execution of key priorities.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including investors, board members, and business partners.

- Represent the CEO in critical meetings and discussions, ensuring business continuity and strategic execution.

Special Projects & Business Transformation

- Lead and execute high-impact projects, including new market entry, process optimization, and digital transformation.

- Drive strategic initiatives in areas like supply chain efficiency, product innovation, and sustainability.

- Develop and implement SOPs, governance frameworks, and best practices to improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualification & Experience Required

- Education: MBA from a premier institute preferred

- Experience: 7-12 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, or a similar role within the FMCG industry.

- Prior experience working in a high-growth FMCG, retail, or consumer goods company is highly desirable.
