We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Category Lead to manage our categories in consumer health & wellness space The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a holistic category strategy for the Consumer Health & Wellness division, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Responsible for Product Portfolio management including NPD using Advanced analytics, consumer insights & competitor analysis.
- Responsible to lead P&L experience for managing product across ecommerce & D2C channels.
- Responsible for the pricing and overall promotion of a product category to maximize consumer appeal
- Guide the extended team to leverage digital engagement mediums to engage with our target consumers and build a strong consumer funnel.
- Product Assortment Management- Curate and manage an appealing and well-balanced product assortment that caters to the diverse needs and preferences of our target consumers.
- Cross- Functional Collaboration- Work closely with sales, marketing, Product development and finance teams to ensure alignment of category strategies with broader business goals.
- Inventory & Demand Management - Forecast demand accurately and work closely with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
EDUCATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years of experience in managing categories in consumer health & wellness space
- Master degree in in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- In-depth understanding of consumer health and wellness trends, products, and market dynamics
