About Dr. Vaidya's :
We are a leading Ayurveda manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality herbal products that promote health and well-being. We are looking out for a Brand Manager for the US Market who will be responsible for developing & implementing effective marketing strategies to promote & strengthen our brand presence in the United States.
Role and Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data and market insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies tailored to the US market.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and target audience segmentation.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand and drive sales.
- Oversee advertising, PR, digital marketing, and social media efforts.
Product Management:
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with market demands.
- Provide input on product development, pricing, and positioning.
Brand Identity and Visuals:
- Maintain and uphold the brand identity, ensuring consistency in visuals, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and assets.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimizing brand strategies.
Education & Relevant Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in building digital brands in wellness & BPC category
- MBA from Tier 1/2 Institutes
- Should have experience in FMCG/ D2C / Ecom brands
- Strong understanding of the US Market, consumer behaviour & Industry trends
- Experience in masstige (between mass & prestige) brands for formulating brands strategies, positioning & identity.
- Experience with agencies in PR, branding, celebrity endorsements.
