Background - FMCG Business:

RPSG FMCG Business has made strong initial inroads by creating a new segment of snacks in the Indian market, with its brand "Too Yumm" In a short period the brand has established itself across India as a strong choice vis a vis of traditional fried. This was possible by bold investments in product design and go to market. The division also has forayed into traditional snacks and Ayurveda ( Dr Vaidya's). The group is now in earnest to build the FMCG business in India through bold organic growth and acquisitions.

Position Summary:

The Incumbent will be responsible for deployment planning & material Planning (RM, PM Planning) for the Personal Care business.

Job Description:

Operation Level:

FG Distribution Planning (60%):

- Align with factory, logistic team on vehicle loading plan across PAN India CFAs

- Maintain right inventory across CFAs in accordance with the inventory Norms.

- Achieve overall CFA-Freshness target for personal care business.

- Drive weekly meeting with KAMs on CFA-wise stock availability

Raw and Pack Material Planning (40%):

- Timely purchase order creation and arranging material from vendors

- Track RPM expiry and escalate timely to Supply planners

Customer Level:

- Achieve Channel Wise Fill Rate target

- Maintain FG as per inventory norms across CFAs

- Maintain raw & pack as per inventory norms at factories

Finance Level:

- Keep supply cost within AOP

- Align with stakeholders on adhoc movements if any

People Level:

- Liaise with factory on timely GRN of material received

- Develop good repo with raw & pack material vendors

Strategic Level:

- Support in NPD material arrangement, master data creation in SAP

Education & Skill sets required:

- BE/ B.Tech + MBA with 2-4 Yrs of Exp in Supply Planning

- Should have experience in FMCG preferably in Personal care space.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional areas and levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand forecasting, data analysis, and supply chain modeling techniques.
