Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Head with a strong background in retail.

We are looking for a Digital Transformation lead, Tech stack development, or solution with strong hands-on skills in software engineering, AI & ML, and blockchain, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Magento, with Cloud and Network expertise.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the overall business goals.

Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Retail Systems Expertise:

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Magento and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Cloud Technology:

Design and implement cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability, performance, and security.

Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.

Network Management:

Manage and optimize the organization's network infrastructure.

Ensure a secure and reliable network environment that supports business operations.

Vendor Management:

Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select IT solutions.

Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure service levels are met.

Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Project Management:

Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff to foster a high-performance culture.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's / master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

10+ years of progressive experience in IT roles within the retail industry.

Proven experience with Magento and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Strong background in cloud technologies (e.

, AWS, Azure) and network management.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
