Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Operations Management:

- Oversee the sales and operations of our retail outlets.

- Drive business expansion and increase revenue across stores.

- Coordinate with support functions to ensure consistent improvements in operations.

- Plan and lead teams to grow commercial business.

Sales Promotion & Campaigns:

- Implement sales promotion plans and introduce new store concepts to achieve sales targets.

- Coordinate in-store promotional activities for new releases and special products.

- Plan product launches, sales promotion campaigns, and support business development efforts to enhance revenue by identifying new market opportunities.

Revenue & Profit Management:

- Drive large-scale revenue and profit gains while improving organizational productivity and performance.

- Initiate processes to create an effective sales organization.

- Proactively identify changes in market demand and modify strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.

Budgeting & Target Management:

- Set up budgets and manage overall sales targets for individual retail outlets.

- Monitor sales projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns, quality compliance, and manpower planning to ensure timely execution.

Performance Tracking & Staff Motivation:

- Track performance data and customer satisfaction surveys.

- Motivate staff by recognizing their services through monetary and non-monetary rewards based on impartial appraisals of their performance done periodically.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing sales and operations in the retail industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

- Ability to drive revenue and profit gains.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
