- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and seasonal demand.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment professionals.
- Set performance targets and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Communicate effectively with senior management on recruitment metrics and strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop initiatives to improve candidate engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Experience :
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a recruitment function.
