Job Descriptions:

Job Summary: As the Modular Kitchen Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of modular kitchen projects.

You will lead a team of designers, project managers, and installation specialists to ensure the successful delivery of high quality modular kitchens, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the modular kitchen industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results in the modular kitchen division.

- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of interior design, modular kitchen products, tiles, sanitary, furniture, and bath fittings.

- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the modular kitchen business, identifying new opportunities and markets.

- Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales initiatives, meet revenue targets, and establish strong relationships with clients.

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

- Quality Control: Ensure high-quality standards in design, materials, and installation processes for modular kitchens and related products.

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products.

- Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing queries, concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience from design to installation.

- Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
