Head - Marketing


Roles & Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness in the retail furniture industry.

- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, graphic designers, and marketing coordinators.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive revenue growth.

- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, print advertising, and events.

- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our product offerings and marketing strategies.

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI and KPIs.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and sales metrics, to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the retail furniture industry, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive results.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and analytics.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

- Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the retail furniture industry.

Qualifications:

- Post Graduate MBA or equivalent experience in Marketing.

- 15 to 20 Years of experience in marketing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent multitasking and project management skills.

- End-to-end experience in Marketing.
