- Monitoring the payroll process of all employees (Indian Payroll).
- Understanding of different payroll management systems.
- Overseeing payroll records, reviewing calculable taxes and other deductions, creating a comprehensive summary of payroll details, managing payroll discrepancies, and releasing payroll checks through the organization's payment method.
- Hiring and training Payroll & Operations Specialists.
- Coordinating with the Finance and HR departments to process payroll for new employees or monitor payroll schedules.
- Managing employee benefits and insurance plans.
- Supervising payroll department employees.
- Issuing employee pay and auditing the payroll.
- Ensuring records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.
- Preparing reports by compiling summaries of company earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability payments, and non-taxable wages.
- Preparing year-end employee tax slips or forms and submitting government filings to meet deadlines.
