Retail Manager- Spares

Responsible for all marketing activities pertaining to spare parts mainly focused at distributors, stockists.

Key responsibilities [role expectations]

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Coordination with field team for different kinds of activities/campaigns like Van Campaign, Retailer meets, Mechanic meets etc and the outcome

Coordination with marketing activation team under India Business for branding & designs

Coordination with finance team for Budget approvals

Develop and roll out region/zone specific parts schemes depending upon each market scenarios

Ensure adequate presence of Royal Enfield genuine parts across stockists and distributors

Ensure proper display of Royal Enfield genuine parts across retailer outlets and dealerships

Regular market study and analysis to determine the potential and suggest plans accordingly

Ensure Quarter wise plans are created for improvement in Market share

Success metrics of the role [this section will cover key metrics which will be most critical for the role, KPIs Specific to the year/ projects should be covered in the AWP]

Van Campaigns, Mechanic meets, Retailer meets as per distributor wise target should be met with planned outcome.

Mechanic Rides - Ensure at least 1 ride to be coordinated with Rides activation team each quarter in each state

Ensure all posters, danglers, standees, display box at retail outlets and dealers are displayed

Proper display of spare parts in each retail outlet with specified infrastructure

Marketing budget/ month

Mechanic workshops to be branded with RE

Spare parts Business analytics

Scope and Impact [this section will the volume, budgets, revenue and team size managed by the role in terms of Direct, In-direct or Contributory role]

You will have a contributory role in managing a budget of INR 2 crores. This will include tracking and monitoring the budgetary spends.

Network and stakeholders [this section will cover interactions the role incumbent will have to be deliver in the role]

You will work with teams across the organization

You will closely liaison with Marketing activation dept and Finance dept
