Position Name - Retail Financial Controller
Role Context and Purpose
As the Retails Financial Controller, you will be part of the Financial Controller portfolio and report to the Team Manager - Sales Accounting.
You will be responsible for executing the key deliverables of the job and ensuring financial and commercial compliance. You will work with cross functional teams comprising of Sales, Services, Spares and After Sales etc.
Key Responsibilities
Agreement: All the Agreements for the stores are to be aligned with the all India agreement formats and duly approved by the legal team.
Audit: Stores Audit should be done on periodic basis, with respect to the financial controls,internal checks, assets, etc .Ensure Internal financial controls, SOP's are being followed.
RECODE:-Single point of contact for financial requirements on Customer oriented dealership experience.
Accessories:-to ensure seamless integration for gears. To independently handle the gears division commercial activities
Analysis:-For company owned company operated outlets from Dealer Management software and SAP.
Audit Support: Independent handling all audit related queries for the area.
Cross Functional;-To develop cross functional Service level agreements and adherence of the same
Host to Host Accounting: Integration of Host to Host for CMS to be done on priority to ensure smooth money receipt accounting.
O2C:-Active participation in O2C process for the stores.
Interfaces:-Ensure proper interface between DMS and SAP for Sales, Service and Spares & Gears. Ensure zero GAP between front end and back end accounting software.
FIFO Billing: In accordance to the inventory management system, it is mandatory to have first in first out policy for all the vehicles.
RTO/Insurance: RTO/Insurance of company store to be monitored closely as all the activities are online now, and to be done on daily basis.
Statutory Compliances: Need to look after the statutory compliances at local level, have to take care of all the legal aspects of local authorities for the stores.
Liasoning with Officials: - Need to attend all the meetings/calls from commercial tax/transportation authorities and municipal authorities.
Learning & Development:-Focus on overall learning and development for the retail commercial manpower.
Stablisation of processes post GST Implementation and Expense monitoring for stores.

Zero Error, On time In Full completion, No deviations taken on approvals.

What are we looking for-
Qualified CA with 3+ yrs experience in preferably a similar role
