- Digitization support Recruitment, LMS, HR Helpdesk, Compensation tool
- Lead team member for delivery of behavioural competencies and functional skills
- Understanding business and proposing outcomes on organisation Design and Role Clarity
- Work on workforce Productivity
- Design and develop communication on the above
Success Matrics of this role:
- As the Resource for organisation design and talent management, you will be measured on OTIF delivery on various goals and performance indicators. These will depend on the focus area for the year. Overall success of your role will depend on the following measures but not limited to:
