Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to :

- MIS- AP

- Monthly Provision Review - Fixed & Variable Cost Provision

- GL Review - Variance Analysis

- Internal AP MIS every month

- Material, Capital, Tool Advances & Creditors & All Balance Sheet GL's review relating to AP

- Audit coordination for AP team

- Preparation of audit schedules & co-ordination of Audit

- Coordinating & Consolidation with AP team for Data required for Tax Assessment

- Review of TDS and handling of Internal & Statutory Audit

- Internal Order maintenance in SAP

- Creation & Maintenance of IO/WBS Master

- Report/ review on GL wise - IO based vs non- IO based accounting

- Carry forward of IO/PR-PO

- Vendor code confirmation & maintenance

- Fixed Assets accounting- Assist in accounting and review of Fixed assets

- Vendor reconciliation - Complete vendor reconciliation on a regular basis

- Review of Payment to vendors

- Work on new project implementation relating to AP

- Retro accounting
