Annual Maintenance Contracts and Extended Warranty Manager
- Responsible to derive annual maintenance contracts or extended warranty prices for all types of contracts for all Royal Enfield Motorcycles
- Configure IT systems from contact invoicing to contract closure
- Monitor P&L of the portfolio (Actual vs Budgeted cost) 30 Cr. annual portfolio revenues
- Drive cost reduction projects, if required.
- Track, monitor and review AMC and EW sales. Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Coordinate and ensure timelines with Marketing team to develop marketing material (Standees, posters, danglers, Emails, SMS, etc.) for promotion.
- Take feedback from Retail Team and in-house finance coordinators to offer attractive contracts which ensure increased sales & profitability.
- Responsible for claim processing of all the service agreements
- Assist all Regional sales staff by answering their queries and resolving their contracts related issues
- Update contracts master data, run daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Liaise with other counterparts of the company from Sales, After Sales, Finance, and technical department to get information/help to resolve the issues.
- Conduct OJT for the contract dept. Staff and to dealer staff
- Ensure to work professionally & efficiently by adopting a supporting style to achieve targets.
- Be a team player to help/guide the staff members as & when required.
- Monitor & control the contracts processing/pricing related errors & reduce them by adopting effective measures.
Qualifications:
- Designation: Manager
- B Tech Mechanical
- Minimum 5 years experience in Automotive Industry
- Strong data analytic skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
