HR Business Partner
- Execute the specifics of the approved HR plan in the SSS business unit assigned
- Act as the representative of HR for all employee-related queries, issues, processes in the business unit
- Implement all initiatives as per the approved HR plan in the business unit
- Ensure all HR records and documents of the BU employees are maintained and keep the database updated
- Roll out relevant induction programs at the BU for new joiners
- Ensure completion of the cyclical performance management activities of the PMS on time
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutes
- Share the learning and development needs of the BU with the Organisation Development team and collaborate to create a suitable L&D plan
- Implement the approved L&D plan at the unit
- Improve employee engagement within the BU, by suggesting and implementing suitable initiatives.
- Implement and roll out HR processes and policies for the unit
- Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws of the unit.
- Maintain all relevant documentation and records for such compliance.
