Royal Enfield - Deputy Manager - Business Analyst

- Study the external ecosystem (including other players in this space) and generate actionable insights

- Study and catalog the opportunities (including tech-driven businesses & startups) and understand fit with RE

- Summarize insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story to be presented to the senior management

- Data extraction and validation from core systems to ensure data quality and maintain a repository for various data points

- Data massaging and consolidation using various tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite etc.

What are we looking for:

- Minimum education - MBA or a Chartered Accountant

- The resource should have prior experience in Management Consulting/Strategy Consulting / Due Diligence with one of the large consulting firms (Bi4 or others). Experience at-least for 6-8 years.

- Bringing outside-in perspective in research and analysis

- Must have experience in understanding and working with Company Financial Filings, Annual/Quarterly Reports and any analysis thereof.

- The resource should have good excel and powerpoint skills. Understanding Google Suites and its functionalities including Google Sheet, Google Docs and Google Slides

- Comfortable with large amount of data and the ability to interpret and communicate the story

- Has an entrepreneurial orientation and the ability to see beyond the ordinary

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including writing of reports
