2. All Aftermarket Reports and analytics
3. Dealer Awards (Complete end to end including clearance of bills)
4. Service Advisor, Workshop Manager and Parts Manager Awards
5. Service Campaign Management (Dealer nominations, Daily reports & bills clearance)
Job Description -
- Coordinating with the different team and collecting the information on various activities.
- Collating the information received from various teams and preparation of MIS reports - National and Regional dashboards with analytics.
- Provide business analytic reports namely unique customer analysis, scattered graphs / 2x2 matrixes, revenues / potential pattern for dealer / distributor business.
- Strategic business planning and Quarterly board meeting MIS and backup documentation.
- Prepare, calculate and declare Dealer Awards on monthly basis. Coordinate with Materials, Finance and vendor for distribution of awards to Regions / Dealers.
- Collate, submit, follow-up and credit dealer awards regional and vendor bills
- Daily service campaign MIS to Retail Network
- Collate, submit, follow-up and credit service campaign bills.
- Proven ability to carry out day-to-day tasks involved with qualitative and quantitative information.
- Proven ability to synthesize information into meaningful conclusions, develop a compelling story based on data, and generate actionable, business-impact recommendations.
- Generate, automate and produce operational reports and management information, Maintain all Aftermarket MIS Reports.
- Provide inputs for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings with the leadership.
- Organize monthly Aftermarket Review meeting, maintain minutes of meeting, follow up & close open points and escalate to reporting manager on timely basis.
- Interact with all departments and should participate on business meetings of the organization.
- Strong/Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge and/or experience of the Auto industry (an appreciation of the industry structure, operational practice, business functionalities and competitive landscape).
- Advanced ability to develop strong business relationships, collaborate with Aftermarket, Materials, and Finance functions.
- Articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience as Business Analyst in consulting / automotive / FMCG industry.
B.Tech, MBA preferred.
