Job Description : Training + Learning and Development Manager

Responsible for overseeing the training content and delivery, managing trainers and their development, driving content quality and process improvements, with the objective of continuous improvement of the team, with respect to their knowledge and skills

- Responsible for developing the content for various training modules on industry & sectors, changes in the markets (business and government) from internal and external sources

- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training imparted & the trainers, document the same and drive necessary actions

- Evaluate the team's current level of knowledge and skills by conducting assessments

- Prepare Orientation Program training kit for the new joiners in the team

- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications & maintaining personal networks

Key Functional Competencies :

- Business HR concepts (General HR competency)

- Project management

- Oral and written communication

Key Behavioural Competencies :

- Mentoring and Coaching

- Taking initiatives and driving decisions

- Communication & Listening

- Flexibility and Adaptability

Additional certification in Learning and Development and assessment tools is preferred.

Experience & Education requirements :

Candidates Should have 1- 4 years Experience in HR roles

Education qualification : MBA from IIMs/XLRI/SPJAIN/NMIMS/FMS/SIBM/ISB/JBIMS
