Job Description : Business Development Manager

Identify training opportunities in corporates and educational institutes; Meet with key stakeholders, convince them to partner with REC and conduct all commercial negotiations.

- Responsible for Business Expansion

- Responsible for business generation through Key Accounts in the specified geographical area

- Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales and handling clients efficiently

- Setting targets and take corrective action when needed, review performance with team members.

- Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures
