Routespring - Head - Operations

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Operations to oversee our 24/7 operations and lead our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a startup environment and a proven track record of coordinating with management to drive operational excellence. While prior travel industry experience is appreciated, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Manage and oversee 24/7 operations to ensure seamless business processes.

2) Lead and mentor the Customer Success team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3) Coordinate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

4) Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance operational efficiency.

5) Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

6) Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

7) Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

1) Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a startup environment.

2) Strong leadership and team management skills.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

5) Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

6) Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required.
