About the role:

Roundglass is looking for a Lead, Growth Marketing, who will be responsible for leading the growth marketing (demand generation) team, driving strategy, setting priorities, expanding capability, building & scaling complex marketing campaigns, and delivering on revenue goals.

The incumbent will work with Roundglass' Global Marketing team to set long-term growth strategies and guide the company's growth trajectory to new inflection points and have executive accountabilities for all digital performance marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, paid social media, retargeting, affiliate marketing as well as analytics and insights.

What you will do:

- Plan, build, and execute a strategic cross-channel playbook for demand generation by owning qualified audience growth across all stages of the funnel, in particular acquisition, conversion, retargeting (i., the right platforms, with the right messaging, to the right audiences).

- Strategize, forecast, budget, develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base through funnel conversion and exploring implementation of newer levers with sales and services team to maximize the app downloads.

- Build user level strategy and work with cross functional teams to ensure app stickiness driving retention.

- Ensure organic traffic by setting up CRM structure and workflows.

- Enable monitoring and control of all CRM functions, build the overall consumer management capability and provide a high level of consumer experience through excellent comms, and capture data from all key points.

- Ensure CRM deliverables and A/B testing methodologies, tracking and automation of reports.

- Explore ways to connect and tap into data, search insights to understand existing audiences and use this to ensure actionable insights across Product, UX and Content.

- Develop ASO and SEO strategy and ensure implementation across functions.

- Work along with our creative team on brand assets and copy for performance and organic campaigns, own the A/B testing strategy to further optimize our customer experience and business performance.

- Work with key stakeholders (product, sales, design, PR) to position campaigns for the right audiences.

- Develop robust marketing capabilities (e. technology fluency, digital expertise, customer data and insights, data analytics) to help the organization compete in the future.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of marketing experience, with substantive domain experience in growth marketing for global products and consumer solutions, preferably in the space of healthtech/well-tech offerings.

- 5+ years of recent and significant experience in a marketing lead position.

- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (demand analytics, lead generation, digital marketing, product promotion etc.

- A demonstrated experience of leading teams, expanding business, and achieving ambitious results for PAN-India operations.

- Experienced in consumer research and uncovering consumer insight which can be translated into actionable items for sales, product, and marketing teams.

- Committed to delivering a great outcome, willing to go the extra mile where needed and able to work under pressure when needed.

- Strong people skills and the ability to lead teams through influence.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to people at all levels.
