Roposo - Community Head

Responsibilities:

1. Lead community building and operations strategy to Identify, recruit and onboard high potential creators.

2. Strong relationship along with account management and support mechanisms to creators.

3. Evangelize and become point of origination for content innovation.

4. Measure, monitor and report on marketing campaign, engagement performance and user feedbacks to optimise process and workflow methods accordingly.

5. Develop collaborations and partnerships to further the community including but not limited to celebs, TV & radios.

Requirements - 

1. Strong inclination for community relationship building, business development, content product, social media and / or project management.

2. 2+ years of experience.

3. Exceptional communication skills along with comfort with data interpretation and analysis.

4. Knowledge about content and social media.

5. Self motivated and goal-driven and a team player.
