RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Specialist for a Leading E-Commerce Organization

Location : Bangalore (Outstation candidates will also do, who are willing to relocate)

Experience required : 1- 4 Years

Candidates from Tier 1/ Tier 2 Institutes required

Industry preferred- E-Commerce/ Consulting firms

Job Responsibilities :

As an RCA Specialist you will be expected to have an exceptional understanding of the processes and policies and identify final root cause of problems given to you.

Primary Responsibilities will include :

- Understanding all processes and policies for a specific vertical.

- Complete responsibility for identifying root cause of problems identified within the vertical

- Partnering with business units to obtain information to ensure information received is accurate and useful

- Documenting information flow maps; and identify and perform root cause analysis of current process and information management inefficiencies

- Support CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) Specialists with information on root causes identified and any additional information on projects undertaken by the CAPA Specialist

- Data Analysis understanding and pulling data from various sources as required to support CAPA Specialist.
