Rookiedeck is India's first content-driven marketplace for sports & fitness gear (sometimes we like to call ourselves the Nykaa for Sports). We are on a mission to build India's largest omnichannel retail that encompasses sports, athleisure & healthcare in order to offer a one-stop solution for all sports rookie's needs. Hence, the name Rookiedeck.
We are looking for credible intrapreneurs with a high degree of problem-solving mindset hardwired in them. If this industry excites you and if you're up for being a part of an early team, then we're looking for you!
Your responsibilities include:
1. Head end-to-end operations by establishing SOPs ground up.
2. Contribute to the company's growth by creating steady revenue streams.
3. Building supplier networks for managing demand across channels.
4. Drive improvements in demand fulfillment, inventory management processes, service to our customers, and optimization of cost metrics.
5. PnL accountability for existing partners and vendors.
6. Find innovative ways to analyze the business to identify the drivers and recommend action for repeat and unique issues.
The ideal candidate should be:
1. B.Tech / B.E / MBA from Tier I college preferred.
2. Professional experience of 2-3 years in operations (Ex- Amazon/FK executives, Ex-founders & entrepreneurs preferred) - This is a must!
3. Should have a proven track record of managing supply chain & relevant stakeholders in the e-commerce industry.
4. Any experience in an upstart/consumer internet company would also be considered.
Salary compensation:
Market standards / your last drawn CTC + eligible for ESOPs
