As an Engineering Manager, you will be expected to design, architect, implement and maintain innovative software for these products.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the engineering team to build cutting edge and scalable web and mobile products

- Establish a solid project framework and excellent development processes

- Identify, evaluate and lead implementation of most appropriate architecture and solutions

- Communicate and collaborates across functions to implement engineering initiatives

- Estimates efforts, identify possible roadblocks and ensure timely delivery

- Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members

Desired skills and experience :

- 7+ years of experience in Software Development

- 3+ experience in leading engineering teams

- Strong understanding of the server side software, client side technology stack with focus on scalability, performance and reliability

- Strong technical background with track record of tech accomplishments

- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities

- Understanding of software development methods (agile, waterfall, etc)

- Team player comfortable with big picture and tactical execution

- Strong domain knowledge across platforms
