Job Responsibilities:

1. Review of the policy/ process laid out by the Central team. Approval of new policies and modifications of existing policies

2. Sharp focus on portfolio analysis to monitor portfolio performance and risks emanating from same. Highlighting the same to top management

3. Close monitoring on non-starters/first EMI bounce trends

4. Suggest improvements in underwriting policies/ capability based on portfolio performance

5. Should be able to manage, run and change Risk Score Card in the system.

6. Modelling for Credit Cost as well as NPA and 1+ projections. Ability to calculate the projected losses for the portfolio.

7. Manage and recommend Risk Based pricing for the different product/schemes.

8. Pointing out on the opportunities and issues and suggesting corrective action to the stakeholders

9. Deliver best practices across all the domains with specific focus on risk management

10. Aid conduct of audits (internal/statutory etc) and help closure of points to satisfaction without any adverse comments

11. Tracks the market/ product dynamics and industry practices

12. Trigger monitoring and control - Coordinating with analytics team for preparation/improvement in various management dashboard/ Analysis/ development of score card

Key Skills Required:

1. Advanced knowledge and capabilities in Excel and Macros

2. Knowledge of products, policies and trends in housing finance including competition knowledge for mortgage products

3. Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize conflicting and changing priorities

4. Keen understanding and focus on risk, controls, compliance and regulatory framework

5. Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and teams

6. Strong analytical & communication skills (written & verbal)
