Our Requirement :
- We are looking for a Head of Business Development & Client Management based out of New York to build the business in the North American Market. The candidate should have extensive experience in working with and selling India as a delivery location.

- Experience in frontline sales and business development of outsourced research and analytics services
- Excellent presentation, writing and negotiation skills, ability to create and deliver convincing arguments
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and credibility quickly with an executive level audience
- Result-driven and organised team player
Responsibilities :
- Overall responsibility to build the RocSearch brand and grow business in the North American Market
- Identify companies that are interested in RocSearch's services and build a robust sales pipeline
- Generate leads through professional networking and cold call techniques
- Create lead generation campaigns to prospect and build new business
- Pitch paid pilots to win long term engagements
- Prepare and present PowerPoint presentations, proposals and sales displays
- Negotiate by phone, email, and in person
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to drive product development efforts
