Candidate profile
- Master's/ Bachelor's degree (preferably an MBA) with a strong academic record; the person should have worked and managed a variety of business research projects, and should be aware of basic frameworks (such as SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, etc.)
- 4-6 years of experience in one or more following areas: Strong exposure to Business research, collateral development (proposals, case studies, pitch decks), content development/management, knowledge management, and learning & development
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Impeccable written communication skills
- Proficient in MS-Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Role and Responsibilities
- Learning & Development
Participate in training needs analysis/identification exercises and create comprehensive training roadmaps for behavioral/ leadership/ soft skills programs
- Coordinate with various stakeholders across the organization during the planning of training sessions
Support in the development of training content internally for the team
Identify and leverage vendors efficiently to meet niche and regular demands appropriately, while building a pipeline of internal trainers
Work closely with the T&D head and the management to develop a holistic T&D process for the firm and automate it to an extent possible
- Knowledge and Content Management
Partner with Knowledge Manager to create and maintain the firm's knowledge infrastructure
Work closely with thought-leaders and account teams to identify the best-in-class pieces of work and convert them into intellectual assets
Participate in content creation meant for internal as well as external publications
Proactively follow-up with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that the tasks assigned are completed on time
Help ensure that knowledge infrastructure stays updated and can be accessed easily by all
Identify new tools and techniques that can potentially be leveraged, and help implement
