This is an excellent job opportunity for candidates who aspire to work in an analytical, dynamic, and fast-paced strategic research role. The role will provide opportunities to work and interact with strategy teams of large and mid-sized corporates and partners / senior consultants at large and boutique strategy and M&A advisory firms in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific. The selected candidate/s will play a pivotal role in managing and identifying experts for various client requirements.
Role and Responsibilities :- Lead primary research offerings portfolio within RocSearch
- Understand research requirements of client stakeholders and appropriately scope out the expert requirements
- Work in collaboration with research teams to develop an understanding of key research themes/ search words and optimize efforts spent on identifying relevant experts
- Drive complete expert onboarding lifecycle: identity, outreach, screen, on-board, schedule and follow-ups
- Negotiate commercial agreements with clients as well as experts and ensure compliance policies are in place
- Conceptualise, build (in collaboration with technology team), enrich and maintain a centralised repository/ portal/ platform of experts. In the long term, help develop a scalable technology-driven platform
- Drive efforts to meet annual sales target by scheduling an agreed number of expert consultations
- Coordinate efforts between experts and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer experience
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients as well as on-boarded experts
- Support in building capability deck/ brochure as well as sales pitch to launch and sell expert consultation services to clients
Candidate profile :- Graduate / Post graduate from leading B-Schools and Colleges
- 5 - 7 years of experience in B2B/Corporate client management
- Strong project and client relationship management skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience in conducting in-depth primary research
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen with an ability to perform incisive qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Ability to meet deadlines within the stipulated time
