Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a highly energetic and bright candidate with a pleasant attitude and hands-on working style. The candidate has to be strong in both, thought leadership and execution.
- MBA from leading B-Schools (preferably IIMs or similar institutes)
- 4-6 years of experience in Business Research & Consulting with high level of proficiency in conducting desk based research
- 3-4 years of experience in managing senior client and internal stakeholders
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen- should be able to correlate market drivers, challenges with impact on target companies, should be able to evaluate business risks etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality business research solutions to global clients. This includes understanding project specifications, overseeing deliverable preparation and extensive client engagement.
- Deliver high quality business proposals to internal senior stakeholders, leading implementation plans and taking ownership of measuring ROI
- Responsible for professional development, coaching and evaluation of their assigned team members
- Manage senior client and internal stakeholders
- Actively participate in other firm-level responsibilities such as knowledge management, training, recruitment & selection etc
