KRA'S:-
- Exposed to marketing in Mobile and Digital Space
- Overseeing and managing digital marketing campaigns with partnering agencies and ad networks to maximize transactions. Devising strategies to drive online traffic primarily through mobile app, followed by mobile/tablet website and desktop website
- Create and implement multi-channel (paid, owned, earned, in-product) user acquisition plans in order to support on-going acquisition goals as well as timely product launches
- Test and optimize creative, messaging, target audiences and placements
- Optimize cost, budget allocation, and bids in order to maximize ROI
- Work cross-functionally with Product Manager and Engineers to optimize conversion rates at every step of the funnel
- Handle relationship with clients as well as with Media Owners/ Publishers/ Ad networks/ Ad exchanges/ DSPs/ Search engines .
- Work closely with Marketing Analytics team to define funnel tracking and reporting as well as campaign performance
- Develop and Expand relationships with new partners
Candidate Desired Skills:
- Previously led a digital marketing function
- Strong experience in Digital Media buying, planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, affiliates, and Social Media technologies and best practices.
- Exceptional Communication Skills (spoken and written)
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Presentation Skills
- Excellent Leadership, Team Mentoring and Team Management Skills
- Passionate about building a brand in the consumer Mobile space
