What do we do :

- Rocketbox is primarily a tech hub. We believe technology is the most vital element in solving problems at scale.

- Logistics is a 200 billion dollar market in India alone and comprises about 14% of the national GDP. Its obvious from the numbers that it is seemingly complex and gigantic in scale. We leverage technology to convert this seemingly complex process to a simple intuitive interface for the end user.

What are we upto :

Starting in April 2015, we have been quite aggressive in our expansion. We are already operational in 4 cities and are delivering 4000 orders per month. We completed two rounds of funding backed by seasoned investors. Unlike other startups around we don- t believe in chasing growth blindly. We continuously monitor our monthly burn. Few stats: From FY 16 to FY 17: Our revenues have doubled; 200% growth has happened in total operating profit.

Eligibility criteria :

- We are seeking IITians and IIM graduates for this profile or people above 10 Lakhs bracket.

- Graduation is a must. Please do not apply if you are not graduated

- Must be comfortable with Microsoft basics: Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

- Must be comfortable in travelling anywhere across India

- Prior experience in intercity trucking/railway industry will be a plus

Primary Responsibilities :

- Market research and business model development

- Business management and development strategy

- Identify leakages in the current process and optimise current process to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Increasing team efficiency and productivity with the help of technology, tools and advanced working methodologies

- Solving daily operational issues and implementing process/methodology to bring permanent solution of the issues

- Product development and implementation: Give product requirements to engineering team; Identify and report bugs. Live testing with team, employee training and implementing at customer's site

Recurring Report: Generate reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis ensuring proper maintenance of data

- Ensure smooth operations of billing and payment collection. Implementing technology to decrease cost, errors and increasing speed

- Setting up milestones, targets for business team and together achieving with team

- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, yearly team review and presentation to management

- Customer happiness - collecting feedback from customers, solving issues on top priority, ensuring timely and best service

- Continuous improvement in service quality (TAT of goods delivery, client issue solving etc.)

PR, marketing promotions :

Employee hiring (Sourcing, interviewing, training), relieving(relieving interview) and retaining (Frequent training for skill development, employee welfare activities etc.)
