Who are we?

Rocketbox is primarily a tech hub which was started in April 2015. We believe technology is the most vital element in solving problems at scale. Logistics is a 200 billion dollar market in India alone and comprises about 14% of the national GDP. It's obvious from the numbers that it is seemingly complex and gigantic in scale. We leverage technology to convert this seemingly complex process to a simple intuitive interface for the end-user.

We have 4 business verticals: Intracity, trailer, and intercity in all major Tier-I cities of India. LTL across 31,000 pin codes of India.

We have completed two rounds of funding backed by seasoned investors.

Who are we looking for?

We are searching for strong, friendly, flexible, and seasoned people to strengthen our team. When presented with a challenge, you question until you are clear what the problem is and then do whatever it takes to get the task done. You need to be crisp and detail-oriented, and willing to own an outcome, without somebody telling you exactly how to get there. What will you be doing?

- Onboarding new Delivery partners(Carriers) with the company.

- Signing contracts with them. Negotiating terms and commercials of the agreement to get the best deal for the company

- Working as a liaison between Delivery partners and the company.

- Fulfilling all data/report needs of the company.

- Ensure continuous improvement in the SLA and client experience.

- Escalating service & billing-related issues with the Delivery Partners and getting the timely resolution.

- Identify leakages in the current process and optimize the current process to improve efficiency and reduce cost.

- Increasing team efficiency and productivity with the help of technology, tools, and advanced working methodologies.

- Solving daily operational issues and implementing SOPs for the entire team.

- Creating a working methodology, reporting schedule for the team members to ensure quality client servicing.

- Hiring and training of team members. Ensuring everybody in the team follows the best industry practices.

- Recurring Reports: Generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis ensuring proper maintenance of. data to get clear visibility of service quality, timely escalation of issues to management

- Weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly team review and presentation to the management

- Product development and implementation: Give product requirements to the engineering team, identify & report bugs, live testing with the team

- Doing market research and surveys for developing business models, studying client behavior/preferences, studying market standards, etc.

Key Qualification & Eligibility criteria :

- MBA from Tier I Business School or equivalent and/or B. Tech. from a Tier I college (IITs, BITS, NITs) or equivalent

- Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, Word, etc.) and Gsuite applications(Google sheet, doc, etc.)

- Experience in the Part Truck Load industry is a must

- Must have a good understanding of Part Truck Load industry commercials.

- Total minimum experience of 6 years with min 3 years of team leading experience.
