Job Location: Bay Area or any location in US
Experience : Minimum 10 to 12 years- experience in Technical Account Management role for Digital/Mobile/Web Services/Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities & Expectations from the right candidate:
- BE/MBA - with 10-12 years of experience. Tech skills are must.
- Consultancy background is good to have
- At least 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer facing, customer success and account management.
- Should be technically sound with hands-on experience in Mobility / Web/ Digital technologies. Probably at Technical Architect level. Ability to contribute to accounts at technology leadership roles.
- Experience in Project Management activities for multiple small/medium sized projects
- Ability to work across multiple accounts we have in US. There could be 15-25% travel based on the location of the customer and account.
- Understanding the customer requirements, looking for opportunities to mine the account. Managing the customer engagement.
- At the PM role, would be the escalation point for any PM issues across the accounts in US.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
