Robosoft - Head - Analytics & Data Science Practice

- We are looking for a talented Analytics Head to drive and build our Analytics & Data Science team at Robosoft India and integrate the same into our service line. As a head of this new service, it is very important to be a people person first, and a transcendent team player. Besides building the team, you will have the opportunity to influence businesses and clients by creatively exploring data to inform other processes like product management, design, engineering, and the users.

- We think of data as the voice of the user at scale. You'll be that translator. And because each client requirement and business is unique, you'll be responsible for understanding what works differently for each client & vertical and through data analysis, you will need to recommend core data measurement and intelligence that will help influence business & product strategy.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Define and evaluate key metrics and underlying drivers for experiences business

- Translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative

- Investigate questions around user experience to understand the voice of our users

- Gather insights on user behaviour and product performance by analysing in-app analytics

- Create simulations, projections and other excel models based on product analysis and insights gathered

- Conduct market research on competitors or industry trends and present the findings in a cohesive manner

- Recommend user engagement activities
