Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy Development:

- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of Robokidz.

- Identify potential talent pools and tap into networks to source candidates.

Candidate Screening and Selection:

- Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist top candidates.

- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Talent Hunting:

- Proactively scout and approach candidates from competitor organizations to ensure we attract the best talent in the field.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role-specific requirements.

- Provide expert advice on market trends and salary benchmarks.

Onboarding and Employee Engagement:

- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.

- Support initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and retention.

Process Optimization:

- Continuously improve hiring processes for better efficiency and candidate experience.

- Maintain an updated database of qualified professionals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role.

- Strong expertise in candidate screening, interviewing, and recruitment strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to headhunt talent, especially from competitor organizations.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Understanding of the robotics and AI education industry is a plus.
