- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and secure large-scale clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Proven ability to close large, complex deals and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
