Role Overview:


- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Roastea.


- As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities within a specific geographic region, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key clients.


- This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the vending industry, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage sales activities within the assigned geographic area.


- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and targets.


- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.


- Oversee and support a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and goal attainment.


- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the vending industry.


- Drive new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential clients and accounts.


- Ensure consistent communication with senior management to report on sales performance and market dynamics.


- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Roasteas products and services to effectively promote and sell the vending machine solutions.


- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.


- Manage client accounts and handle negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.


- Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance performance and skill development.


Qualifications and Skills:


- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management.


- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.


- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Solid understanding of the vending industry, market trends, and customer needs.


- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
